Lee Health is looking for a TALENTED and CARING Lead Speech Language Pathologist to join our AMAZING team. We are a well-respected health system dedicated to providing a caring, compassionate, safe and healthy environment.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years SLP experience in a skilled nursing setting.Performs all duties as a staff therapist (Job Code 7106, 7105, or 4701). Ensures appropriate staffing and monitor staff. Oversees staff clinical performance and contribute to performance evaluations. Monitors and audits compliance with regulatory standards. Assume manager responsibilities in their absence. Assists with the student assignments. Participates on committees, task forces and/or activities. Supports the decisions of the therapy manager, rehab leadership and hospital administration. Productivity expectation is 75% or greater of department standard for the acute care environment.
- Bachelor's in Physical Therapy OR Bachelor's in Occupational Therapy OR Bachelor's in Speech Therapy
- 5 Years Clinical
- Occupational Therapist License OR Physical Therapist License OR Speech-Language Pathologist License
- BLS (American Heart Association / Basic Life Support)
