We are currently seeking exceptional RN's to join our General Pediatrics Team!
Our General Pediatrics unit is located on the 6th (24 beds) and 7th floor (12 beds). Typically this is high patient turnover and fast paced. RN's on this unit have a passion to care for children, very strong culture of teamwork and celebrating all little and big milestones.

In Dec 2021 launched a neurosurgery program for patients with complex pediatric brain and neurological conditions that, ideally, will reduce the need to transfer scores of fragile newborns and children to larger health centers in Tampa and Miami.
Responsible for conducting post hospitalization telephone interviews and providing leadership and other disciplines with feedback in regards to the patient experience and opportunities for improvement. The patient experience specialist will be able to address customer questions or concerns related to discharge instructions, medication side effects, and available services. The patient experience specialist will also be responsible for documenting customer feedback and providing service recovery. Will collaborate with appropriate departments and resources in follow up and makes appropriate referrals when a need is identified to ensure an effective and efficient continuum of care. Utilizes knowledge of populations served during communications. Contributes to the provision of quality and customer satisfaction through excellent customer service, service recovery efforts, and identification of opportunities for improvement.
