Responsible for the administration and maintenance of the both physical and virtual technologies for the delivery of clinical and business applications desktop management, application packaging, desktop & server operating systems, directory services & security, and support of other core applications used by the organization. Responsible for supporting the Hyperspace environment to support EPIC delivery to the organization. Responsible for providing outstanding customer and engineering support at an advanced technical level to peers. Identifies, troubleshoots, and solves problems to improve customer satisfaction, while providing support documentation, and knowledge used by the IS department.

A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university with a concentration in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent relevant work experience required

Two (2) year of progressively responsible IT work experience and administration with a focus in Microsoft Windows operating systems and the applications environments they provide. Working knowledge of desktop hardware, and a working knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems and technologies.
MCSA Windows 10, CC-CEM, CCP-V certification preferred.
Must possess excellent interpersonal communication skills. Participate in On-Call schedule as needed.
