Provides patient care under the direction of a registered nurse. Functions in scrub role to assist the physician in performing diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures involving the esophagus, stomach, colon, and bile duct system. Cleans, decontaminates, and performs high level disinfection of endoscopes. Maintains appropriate levels of supplies and equipment. 06-01-2012


Education: High school or equivalent Experience: 1-3 years Training: Proof of American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS), current for a minimum of 90 days after hire date.
