Job Summary

Summary:
Develops physician recruitment and sourcing strategies. Provides daily oversight of recruitment operations and workflows, monitoring performance management, scheduling, recruitment strategies, systems, and processes that result in the attraction and selection of the best talent. Responsible for hiring, orienting, developing/coaching, corrective action and performance evaluations for recruitment staff. Responsible for providing on-going guidance, education, and training to ensure standardization, consistency, and improve recruitment, selection, candidate management and hiring efficiencies. Collaborates with HR leadership, division leaders, and/or Sourcing Recruiter to develop and monitor recruiting plans and strategies to identify and hire talent. Collaborates with Marketing to develop branding initiatives and new market exposures for talent searches. Provides guidance and understands physician compensation and benefits plans. Actively participates in recruiting events, candidate data-base searches, promotional campaigns, job fairs/conferences and other programs to source, promote and attract the best-qualified candidates to LPG. Performs other job-related duties and special projects as assigned.

Additional Requirements

Minimum five years in recruitment, HR generalist, strong human resource and physician recruitment related experience with experience in a healthcare setting preferred. Previous supervisory, HRD, sales/marketing, and/or performance improvement experience preferred and physician compensation. Experienced in workflows and process redesign efforts.

Other Requirements

Must have excellent interpersonal and written skills, positive attitude, be flexible, creative, and innovative and be able to promote and “sell” Lee Health to potential candidates. Some travel required. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret recruitment data, business periodicals, Lee Health procedures, or governmental regulations. Must have ability to effectively negotiate, communicate and present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. Knowledge of federal and state employment laws. Experience and proficient use of Microsoft Office programs (i.e., Excel, PowerPoint, Internet).
