Shift: 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
Provides support to Lee Health Clinical Safety and Prevention program with an emphasis on reducing preventable harm while assuring preventable harm and applying the principles of highly reliable design with consideration of current evidence based care. Participates in collegial Root Cause Analysis Teams. Promotes system-wide culture of safety. Utilizes critical thinking, problem solving and functions as appropriate in the role of an educator and leader. CSPS supports the organization’s vision and mission and is guided by the Practice Code of Ethics for Nurses.

· Five years healthcare experience in patient safety, risk, and/or quality required.
· Healthcare experience should be recent and within a Hospital clinical setting
· Prefer experience in Risk Management, Quality, and Process Improvement.
