Partners with key Clinical and Business leaders to improve quality by providing data-driven insight obtained through collection, analysis, and reporting critical internal and external data. This position is responsible for supporting all clinical quality performance management initiatives and teams in the development of score cards, establishment of indicators and goals, clinical outcomes/financial analyses, and establishment of automated and/or manual data tracking tools. The person in this position will convert data into insight to advise clinical & business leaders on data-driven prioritized improvements activities. This position is responsible for creating prescriptive and predictive analytics by measuring and benchmarking internal and external clinical, operational, and financial data. Using statistical concepts and data visualization skills, this role develops/delivers impactful presentations to system leadership on clinical/financial implications of the organizations performance for CMS 5 Star, BOD Performance Improvement Indicators, and System Quality reports. May also be responsible for managing sub processes within the department, such as GCHSWF Quality Scorecard, HEN/HIIN, HRET Collaboration, CHA, Truven Uploads, external surveys such as Leapfrog, interpreting and advising leadership on external health system evaluating entities reporting of Lee Health System.
