Summary:
Coordinates and integrates geriatric Medical Nutrition Therapy within the entire healthcare delivery system to include all LMHS departments, committees, and physicians. Integrates system objectives, opportunities, and resources to comply with JCAHO, AHCA, and HCFA mandatory standards for nutrition care, sanitation and food safety.
