Business Operations Analyst for Outpatient Services

Description:

The Business Operations Analyst Services is a key member of the Outpatient Services, LPG, and Continuum of Care divisions.

The primary role is to utilize LMHS information systems applications to gather, analyze and review data to promote internal referrals.

The Business Operations Analyst provides support to service line management through data and analysis. Data includes but is not limited to: market trends, service utilization, market share, profitability and patient satisfaction. Data is utilized by department leaders and physician relations team to understand referral patterns and most importantly to develop strategies to optimize patient care.

The Business Operations Analyst assists service line management, physician relations and finance in the determination of budgets including volume projections, revenue projections and reimbursement expectations. The Business Operations Analyst works closely with physician relations to ensure transparency in efforts to support service line leaders.

Requirements:

Education: B.A. or B.S. in Health Administration, Business or Finance strongly preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of healthcare or broad based analytical experience

Other:
Big Data Experience and ability to create Data Reports & Visualizations
Microsoft Office Experience with a major focus on Excel
Acute attention to Detail
