This position is a key resource for the Information Systems Department and is responsible for addressing the strategic, tactical, and technical, Information Technology (IT) needs of the Qlik Sense BI platform and other BI platforms used by the organization. Other BI platforms include Business Objects, Dimensional Insight (Diver) and Python. This position will also serve as the backup admin for the Epic Clarity & Caboodle environments.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

- Ensures optimal performance and integrity of Qlik Sense BI platform and other BI platform processes by proactively monitoring, providing recommendations for optimization, and maintaining best practices
- Verifies daily completion of the Qlik Sense BI platform and other BI platform processes
- Schedules and manages Qlik Sense BI platform and other BI platform recurring jobs and related processes
- Responsible for migrating Qlik Sense BI platform and other BI platform development content to production
- Troubleshoots and resolves Qlik Sense BI platform and other BI platform process errors
- Responsible for maintenance, routine upgrades, and troubleshooting of the Qlik NPrinting servers
- Performs routine upgrades of the Qlik Sense BI platform and other BI platforms
- Accepts other duties and responsibilities as assigned, including assisting with administration of Epic Clarity & Caboodle environments
- Agrees to receive Epic Clarity & Caboodle ETL Admin training for certification, if not already obtained
