Bereavement Coordinator

Location: Fort Myers, FL

Coordinates the Pregnancy/Pediatric Bereavement Program. Provides direct grief support and education to patients and/or family members in the hospital or home setting and to employees and volunteers.


Education: Bachelor’s degree.
Experience: Previous experience with one-on-one grief counseling and group facilitation.
Training: On-going Bereavement Training, Perinatal Bereavement Certification and Advanced Bereavement Facilitator Training
License: RN and/or MSW with Bereavement certification/licensure completed in two years from hire date.
Other: Prefer Critical Incident Stress Response Training and bi-lingual in English/Spanish.
