Behavior Analyst - The Children's Rehab Center of North Collier

Description:

• Conducts and documents the evaluation and treatment of functional impairment in accordance with standards of the profession as delineated in the state practice act, regulatory, and accrediting agencies and Guide to Practice.
• Proficient in analyzing data, writing and revising behavior-analytic treatment plans, training others to implement components of treatment plans, and overseeing the implementation of treatment plans.
• Accurately and effectively communicates with patients, other team members, and appropriate authorized parties including, but not limited to, case managers, physicians, and payors.
• Supervises and utilizes Registered Behavioral Technicians, established licensure, and professional guidelines.
• Practice and documentation complies with regulatory, professional and state licensure guidelines.
• Performs all duties in a competent and safe manner.
• Presents self professionally in both a physical and behavioral manner.
• Requires ACHA Level 2 Background Screening.

Requirements:

Education: Master's Degree in Behavior Analysis with Certification in Behavior Analysis - Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience working with individuals with autism. Experience in conducting assessments, overseeing new program set-up and implementing behavioral programming.
Training: N/A
License: Florida State Licensure, accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies in Washington DC. NCCA is the accreditation body of the Institute for Credentialing Excellence
Other: Effective analytical/ statistical analysis, communication, and interpersonal skills and dynamics, strong customer service skills
