Onboarding, continuous development and delivery of training for the Lee Health revenue cycle staff in the use of the technology that supports revenue cycle operations. Roles that will be supported include:
Lee Professional Billing (LPB) - PB Insurance Processing & A/R,
Central Business Office (CBO) - HB/HHB Insurance Processing & A/R
Patient Financial Services (PFS) HB/PB Customer Service & S/P Follow Up
Revenue Integrity - Acute Care Charge Capture/Reconciliation/Reimbursement
Coding
Quality Documentation (QD)
Health Information Management (HIM)
Responsibilities include: onboarding, education of Epic releases, support for regulatory updates, and education on other Information System technologies that impact the revenue cycle workflows.
