Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate:$27.78 - $37.50 / hour
Supervises daily operations of the Home Health administrative functions and quality improvement team. Supervises a staff of non-licensed and licensed professionals. Manages scheduling, payroll, daily timekeeping and oversees teams day-to-day activities. Ensures that systems and processes are in place to assure the strategic and operational guidance and support to all clinical and support services in accordance to all state and federal and professional accreditation standards. Plans, organizes, directs, and controls the Medical Records, Front Office, Fleet Coordination, Authorizations, and Safety Activities to ensure quality and productivity standards are met. Oversees, coordinates, and participates in the planning, analysis and formation of Home Health Services performance improvement programs while promoting a continuous improvement culture around clinical practices. In conjunction with the Director of Home Health Quality and Compliance, responsible for the coordination and collection of clinical data as it relates to CMS, AHCA, CHAP, DNV and publicly reported measures. Also in support of the Director of Home Health Quality and Compliance, responsible for coordination and the development of policies, practice and programs to enhance quality customer services for all Home Health Services departments. Builds communication systems across the continuum for understanding and monitoring of risk, safety, and quality customer service, disease management and emerging quality metrics and functions as one of the key HHS representative internally and externally.
